Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms carefully before using the AllMedRx website. Last updated: May 31, 2026.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and AllMedRx Specialty Pharmacy ("AllMedRx," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your access to and use of our website, including all pages, content, forms, and features (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing, browsing, or using the Site in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Notice of Privacy Practices, each of which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site. We may update these Terms at any time as described in the "Changes to These Terms" section below. Your continued use of the Site after any change means you accept the revised Terms.
2. About AllMedRx
AllMedRx is a licensed specialty compounding pharmacy located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. We prepare customized compounded medications pursuant to valid prescriptions and dispense them to patients in the states where we are licensed. The Site is an informational and service-support tool. It is not itself a pharmacy, a dispensing system, or a place where medications are sold or ordered directly, and access to the Site does not establish a relationship with our pharmacy independent of a valid prescription and our standard intake process.
3. Not Medical Advice; No Professional Relationship
The content on the Site — including any text, graphics, descriptions of compounding, articles, FAQs, and other materials — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical, pharmaceutical, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for the independent judgment of your physician, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare provider. Nothing on the Site creates a pharmacist-patient, physician-patient, or other professional relationship between you and AllMedRx. Such a relationship is formed only through our formal intake, verification, and dispensing process in connection with a valid prescription. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you have about a medical condition, a medication, or a treatment. Never disregard, avoid, or delay obtaining professional medical advice because of something you have read on the Site. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
4. No Guarantee of Treatment or Outcomes
AllMedRx makes no representation or guarantee that any medication, compounded preparation, or therapy referenced on the Site is appropriate, available, or effective for any particular person. Whether a compounded medication is suitable for you is a decision to be made solely between you and your prescriber. Individual results vary, and information on the Site does not constitute a claim that any preparation will treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
5. Prescriptions and Compounded Medications
All medications dispensed by AllMedRx require a valid prescription issued by a licensed prescriber acting within the scope of their practice. Nothing on the Site is, or should be construed as, an offer or ability to obtain prescription medication without a valid prescription. Compounded medications are prepared by our licensed pharmacists pursuant to a prescription for an individual patient. Compounded medications are not reviewed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The FDA does not evaluate compounded medications for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality in the way it evaluates commercially manufactured drug products. AllMedRx compounds in accordance with applicable federal and state law and with United States Pharmacopeia standards, including USP General Chapter <795> (non-sterile compounding) and USP General Chapter <797> (sterile compounding). We may, in our professional discretion and consistent with our legal and regulatory obligations, decline to fill, dispense, or compound any prescription. We may also require additional verification from you or your prescriber before dispensing.
6. Service Areas and Licensing
AllMedRx is licensed to dispense in a limited number of states. The availability of our services depends on the state in which you and your prescriber are located and on our licensure in that state. Information on the Site is not an offer to provide services in any jurisdiction where we are not licensed or where doing so would be contrary to law.
7. Eligibility and Authority to Use the Site
By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. If you use the Site or submit information on behalf of another person — for example, as a caregiver, guardian, or authorized representative — you represent that you have the authority to do so and to provide that person's information.
8. Acceptable Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and only for your own personal, non-commercial use, except where we have agreed otherwise in writing (for example, with healthcare providers or partner pharmacies). You agree that you will not: copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, display, scrape, harvest, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission (except temporary browser caching in the ordinary course of viewing); use the Site in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation; attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any part of the Site, its servers, or any connected systems or networks; introduce any viruses, malware, or other harmful material; use any robot, spider, or other automated device or process to access or monitor the Site without our permission; impersonate or attempt to impersonate AllMedRx, an AllMedRx employee, another user, or any other person; or use the Site to transmit any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us, our patients, or third parties.
9. Forms and Information You Submit
The Site offers forms — including prescription transfer, prescription refill, and contact forms — that allow you to send us information. When you use these forms, you agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you are authorized to provide it. These web forms are not a secure or encrypted messaging channel and should not be used to transmit sensitive personal health information, and they must never be used for medical emergencies. Please share only the information reasonably necessary for the request you are making. A member of our pharmacy team will follow up through an appropriate channel to collect any additional information needed. Submitting a form does not, by itself, begin filling, transferring, or refilling a prescription, and it does not create any obligation on our part to provide services. A request is acted on only after a member of our team reviews it, and a licensed pharmacist verifies the relevant information before anything is dispensed.
10. Communications and Consent to Contact
By providing your contact information through the Site, you consent to be contacted by AllMedRx by phone, email, or other means you have provided, in connection with your request, your prescriptions, or your care. Message and data rates may apply to any text communications. Where required by law, you may opt out of non-essential communications; however, we may still need to contact you about matters directly related to your prescriptions or your care.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and all of its contents — including text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, design elements, and the selection and arrangement of content — are owned by AllMedRx or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The "AllMedRx" name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of AllMedRx or its affiliates and may not be used without our prior written consent. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any right to resell, reproduce, or exploit the Site or its content, or to use any data mining, robots, or similar tools.
12. Third-Party Links and Content
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that we do not own or control, and may reference third-party organizations, accreditations, or standards. We provide these links and references for convenience and informational purposes only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, products, services, privacy practices, or policies of any third party. Your use of any third-party website or service is at your own risk and is governed by that third party's terms and policies, which we encourage you to review.
13. Privacy and Protected Health Information
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and our Notice of Privacy Practices, which describe how we collect, use, and disclose information, including Protected Health Information ("PHI") as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA"). To the extent any provision of these Terms conflicts with our Notice of Privacy Practices with respect to PHI, the Notice of Privacy Practices controls.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content, materials, and information on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllMedRx disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; that defects will be corrected; that the Site or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components; or that the information on the Site is accurate, reliable, complete, or current. Any reliance you place on Site content is at your own risk. This section does not affect any warranties or protections that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, and nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under laws governing the practice of pharmacy or the professional care we provide to patients.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will AllMedRx or its affiliates, or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, or suppliers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site — whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, and nothing in these Terms is intended to limit our responsibilities or your rights under laws governing the practice of pharmacy or the professional care we provide.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AllMedRx and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them or to your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to the Site that is not subject to the dispute-resolution provisions below will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
18. Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern or dispute about the Site, you agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting us using the information below. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve any concern you raise. This informal process does not limit any rights you may have under laws governing the practice of pharmacy or your care as a patient.
19. Severability; Waiver; Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices, constitute the entire agreement between you and AllMedRx regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements on that subject.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time in our discretion. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention. Your continued use of the Site after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Site.
